This agreement is made between Calhoun Virtual Assistants/Kathryn Calhoun Coaching and you, the client.
Beginning on the date of purchase, Calhoun Virtual Assistants/Kathryn Calhoun Coaching will provide you, the client, with your chosen number of hours of virtual assistant services on a monthly basis.
Payment Details / If you go over your monthly package and need more hours in a month:
You will be billed your monthly package rate every month. If you require more hours than you have chosen, we will let you know before doing additional work to avoid you incurring unexpected charges. At that time, you will have the option to:
A. Be billed at our regularly hourly rate (currently $65) for the hours required above and beyond your purchased monthly package.
B. Upgrade your monthly package to a greater number of hours and enjoy the additional hourly savings. Please note upgrades are pending the availability of our virtual assistants.
If you do not use all of your hours within a month:
All unused hours do not expire for as long as you are our client. All unused hours will roll over into the next month so they are available for your use.
Commitment Length, Cancellation, and Refund Details:
This agreement between you, the client, and Calhoun Virtual Assistants/Kathryn Calhoun Coaching requires a minimum 2-month commitment, after which time you may cancel whenever you wish.
If you choose to cancel your agreement with us for any reason, you will be allowed to keep your unused virtual assistant hours for a period of two months. That means that you will have two months from the date of cancellation to use up any unused virtual assistant hours. After two months, any remaining unused virtual assistant hours will expire.
Alternatively, you are entitled to a prorated refund for any unused hours for the last month of your agreement only. That means that in the 30 days prior to your cancellation date, we will happily refund you for any unused virtual assistant hours accrued during that time period only. Your refund rate will be based on your monthly payment amount divided by the number of hours you have agreed to purchase each month. Any hours that were unused in earlier months (i.e. more than 30 days prior to the cancellation date) are not eligible for refund.
Calhoun Virtual Assistants/Kathryn Calhoun Coaching reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason. In this case, we will happily provide you with a refund for any and all unused virtual assistant hours.
Description of Services:
Calhoun Virtual Assistants/Kathryn Calhoun Coaching provides a comprehensive list of virtual assistant services, including but not limited to implementation of your online business tools, website adjustments, Internet marketing, and more. If you require a service that is beyond the scope of what we do, we will be sure to let you know immediately and will do our best to provide alternative recommendations. However, in our experience, that doesn’t happen very often!
Hours of Work and Response Times:
Calhoun Virtual Assistants/Kathryn Calhoun Coaching generally works Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays and very occasional personal time. If we are planning time off, we will be sure to let you know and coordinate accordingly.
In addition, we reserve the right to take 1 business day to respond to any and all correspondence from you, the client, including by email, phone, or any other means.
Work Ownership, Confidentiality, and Non-Disclosure:
Calhoun Virtual Assistants/Kathryn Calhoun Coaching shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than a representative of you, the client, at any time either during the term of this Agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information of yours, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets. In other words, your information will be held in the strictest confidence by us!
Any works copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by us while working for you, the client, shall be the exclusive property of you, the Client. Upon request, we will be happy to sign all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the client’s exclusive ownership of the Work Product.
